学术成就

     以红树植物为研究对象,用群体遗传学和谱系地理学方法研究红树植物群体遗传演化的规律,发现红树植物极低的遗传多样性和遗传多样性全球分布格局的形成机制。利用多组学手段阐明红树植物适应潮间带环境的基因组演化机制。已发表SCI论文26篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表15篇,包括Global Change Biology, The Plant Journal, Molecular Ecology, National Science Review, Journal of Biogeography,Journal of systematics and Evolution和mLife等权威期刊。
