个人简介

焦建宇赌博app-网络赌博软件 特聘副研究员。2019年获中山大学理学博士学位。主要研究方向为微生物资源与生态,长期从事极端环境微生物资源、生态功能与适应性进化等相关领域的研究工作。在宏基因组、宏转录组和培养组等多组学技术,以及微生物菌株定向分离等方面具有丰富的研究经验。近5年主要学术成绩:1)依赖分离培养经验和理论创新,建立极端环境微生物定向富集分离平台;2)获得大量极端环境微生物菌株资源,为极端环境微生物资源的保护与利用奠定基础;3)对未培养微生物报道和解析,拓展了对原核生物多样性和功能认知。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在National Science ReviewThe ISME JournalMicrobiomeiMetamLifeEnvironmental MicrobiomeMicrobiological ResearchFrontiers in Microbiology等期刊发表论文二十余篇,并以其他作者身份参与发表学术论文五十余篇,谷歌学术总引用1400多次。主持或参与国家级科研项目6项,其它科研项目1项。现为iMeta杂志青年编委兼执行副主编,BMC Microbiology编委,ISME ECS成员 Frontiers in Microbiology客座副主编和审稿编辑。同时担任iMetaThe ISME JournalJournal of Animal EcologySystematic and Applied MicrobiologyInternational Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology、微生物学杂志等杂志审稿人。
