学术成就

        主要从事对虾抗病免疫分子机制相关研究,聚焦对虾养殖产业中白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)发病快,难以进行及时有效的防控和对虾抗病毒性状与抗细菌性状相拮抗这两个产业难题,从小分子RNA角度出发,围绕microRNA调节对虾NF-κB和JAK-STAT信号通路的分子机制开展了一系列研究,(1)揭示了WSSV通过miR-1959介导的对虾抗细菌反馈环路促进自身复制,同抑制对虾抗病毒通路,逃逸宿主免疫的分子机制,解释了WSSV发病快,难以进行及时有效的防控的原因;(2)揭示了对虾JAK-STAT和NF-κB信号通路分别通过miR-1和miR-34介导的两条调控途径相互抑制的分子机制,解释了对虾抗病毒性状和抗细菌性状相拮抗的原因。在从事对虾抗病毒和抗细菌免疫研究的过程中,(3)鉴定了两种分别抑制对虾的抗病毒和抗细菌信号通路的孤核受体,在此基础上,开发了一种能有效增强对虾的抗病毒能力的饲料添加剂,并授权了一项国家发明专利,申请获得了包括面上项目和青年基金在内的国家级项目2项,省部级及其它项目5项,以第一作者或通迅作者身份在The Journal of Immunology、Frontiers in Immunology、Aquaculture和Fish and Shellfish Immunology等杂志上发表文章十余篇。
