APA是真核生物mRNA转录加工的重要过程之一,可产生具有不同长度3‘UTR的mRNA异构体,可以影响mRNA的稳定性、翻译效率及亚细胞定位,从而影响到胚胎及干细胞分化、免疫应答、肿瘤发生、应激反应的生命现象。
我们率先开发了基于高通量测序技术的SAPAS及IVT-SAPAS技术,在全转录组水平上研究APA的功能和调控机制。
