学术成就

长期从事红树植物适应性进化研究,致力于红树植物生态基因组学与物种形成模式研究。近年来集中在基因组水平探索潮间带极端环境下红树植物进化和物种形成的基因组机制。发表SCI论文130余篇,部分论文发表在NatureMolecular Biology and EvolutionPLoS GeneticsNational Science ReviewGlobal Change BiologyMolecular Ecology等期刊上。 2011年获得国家自然科学二等奖,2002年和2008年两次获得教育部自然科学一等奖,1998年获国家杰出青年基金资助,2001年获求是杰出青年学者奖,2010年获得丁颖科技奖,2017年获美国植物学会终身荣誉会员“Corresponding Member”。
