学术成就
长期致力于利用计算生物学方法研究非编码RNA的功能及其在重大疾病中作用的研究,在国际杂志上发表论文23篇,其中1篇文章受到Science编辑点评,1篇文章入选ESI高被引论文。目前主要采用多维高通量组学技术研究病原生物-宿主之间的相互作用网络。建立了全面的非编码RNA数据库tModBase、deepBase 2.0,dreamBase,ColorCells, exomiR-Explorer等,并开发了专门从高通量测序数据中挖掘tRNA Fragment的工具。代表性成果发表在NAR、PNAS、Briefings in bioinformatics等多个专业领域杂志上。获得多项国家自然科学基金的资助,包括青年基金、面上项目等,同时还获得了 “广州市珠江科技新星”项目资助。担任中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员,以及中国生物化学与分子生物学会核糖核酸专业青年委员会委员,多次受邀在重要国内学术会议上进行大会报告,并获得“第十届全国核糖核酸(RNA)学术讨论会”优秀青年学术报告奖。受邀担任担Biomolecules期刊的组稿编辑,建设“ Single Cell RNA Sequencing Approaches in Immunology ”特邀专刊,并担任NAR,BMC Biology,Science China Life Science 等杂志的审稿人,主笔撰写《RNA 研究中的重大科学问题-学科发展战略系列研究报告》、《非编码基因生物学研究进展(生物化学与分子生物学学科发展报告)》等。
