1)开发了能够装载在AAV病毒中进行体内递送的Split-ABE和Split-PE系统。
1)开发了能够检测腺嘌呤单碱基编辑器(ABE)在全基因组范围内脱靶位点的新方法(EndoV-seq),以及能够系统检测Cas核酸酶、单碱基编辑器(包括CBE和ABE)和先导编辑器(PE)脱靶位点的新方法(CROss-seq)。
3)开发了基于Type I-F CRISPR-Cas系统的高效转录激活工具PaeCascade-VPR和基于相分离辅助激活的高效转录激活工具dCas9-VPRF。
