个人经历/Interests

Shengfeng Huang, is a professor in School of Life Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China.

Our lab focuses on comparative immunogenetics and functional genomics, with a particular emphasis on studying mucosal functions in aquatic animals (mainly teleost fish) using both experimental and bioinformatic (multi-omics) approaches. Recently, our interests include the mechanisms of antibody diversity generation and vaccine responsiveness, the mucosal chitin barriers and microbial homeostasis, and the unique mucosal effector proteins and parasite immunity.

黄盛丰,中山大学教授,水产动物疫病防控与健康养殖全国重点实验室PI,南海海洋生物技术教育部工程研究中心副主任,国家优青,青年长江学者。主要研究方向为水生动物的免疫基因组学与遗传学,专注结合生物信息学手段发掘与研究水生动物(包括珍稀动物)的特色黏膜免疫蛋白、免疫蛋白结构域重排现象以及抗体的体细胞重排机制,开发鱼类免疫通路的人工调控与重排改造技术,探索病害防控、疫苗开发和抗病育种的新思路。迄今为止以第一或通讯作者在Cell、PNAS(x2)、Nature Communications、Genome Research(x2)、EBMO Reports、Journal of Immunology(x3)、MPE(x2)、Free radical biology & medicine和JBC等期刊上发表研究论文三十多篇。取得多项发明专利,开发软件与算法多项,曾获国家超算广州中心天河之星优秀应用奖。曾获国家自然科学奖二等奖、中国药学会科学技术一等奖、2019年广东省自然科学一等奖、2009年广东省科学技术一等奖,曾入选2016年中国科协生命科学领域十大进展。
